Jake began studying nutrition and personal training at a very young age. He would use different nutrition and training techniques to bulk up for football and cut for wrestling. Attending Paradise High School, Jake wrestled and played football. After graduating he went on to San Diego State University where he continued wrestling and his education in Business and Nutrition. After college, Jake spent many years personal training and competing in bodybuilding himself, and going on to open his first Nutrishop location in Oregon in 2014. After working in the Roseville store and falling in love with the community and customers, he went on to purchase the Roseville store in 2017. Jake holds several nutrition and training certificates and loves to continue his education in both.
